If you need to purchase a resale certificate and community governing documents for our community, please contact Best Fit Solutions at request@bestfitsolutions.net. Please include in the email the address of the property and where to email the documents. The cost of the resale certificate and documents is $50.00 payable to Memorial Forest Civic Club.
